We handle all of the legal details, including title searches, inspections, etc. And we work with the donor one-on-one to ensure that they are as satisfied with the final outcome as you are.

The following guidelines will help you turn real estate donations into a significant revenue source for your ministry:

  • iDonate provides specific and personal consultation with one of our estate specialists on all property donations.
  • Once a donation is accepted, the lead time is approximately 6 weeks to transfer the title from the donor.
  • iDonate accepts commercial property, farmland, residential and lake/vacation homes as well as condos.
  • We apologize that we cannot accept timeshares at this time.
  • Each property is accepted or declined on a case-by-case basis following a consultation with the donor and necessary due diligence.
