The purpose of this article is to provide key knowledge regarding iDonate's role in the Servant Keeper, Breeze, and Church Community Builder integrations.
Servant Keeper
We did not build this integration. It seems Servant Keeper made some updates circa 2023 that affected the functionality of the integration they built with iDonate. Moving forward, organizations can get their donation info from iDonate into SK using SK's built-in import tool: https://servantpc.com/church-software/built-import-tool/

Church Community Builder
CCB was bought by Pushpay is is now "Pushpay ChMS." We started building an iX integration for CCB, but the project stalled when Pushpay took over and we lost contact. Breeze CRM
Similar to Servant Keeper, Breeze built the Breeze integration, and iDonate does not own the code for it. Sometime around 2023, Breeze was bought by Tithely. We do not support, maintain, or troubleshoot for this integration, but as of 2024 the code still appears to be operational.
