Donor Self-Service (DSS) Portal Guide

Access and manage your donations through Donor Self-Service.

Accessing the Donor Self-Service (DSS) Portal

  1. Navigate to the Donor Self Serve Portal.
  2. If you do not know your password, enter your email address and click Get Code. Then, enter the Login Verification Code you received from your email inbox to access your Portal.
  3. If you know your password, click Login next to Have an account?
    1. Enter your email address and password, and click Login, or
    2. Login with Google

Viewing Your Donation History

  1. Click View All at the top of the Recent Transactions table.
  2. Browse your list of past contributions, including donation dates, amounts, and recipients.
  3. Click Export and select one of the following options to download a copy of your giving history:

    1. Current Year: A PDF containing your donations from the current year will automatically download to your device.

    2. Previous Year: A PDF containing your donations from the previous year will automatically download to your device.

    3. XLS: A XLS file containing your complete transaction history will automatically download to your device.

    4. CSV: A CSV file containing your complete transaction history will automatically download to your device.

Updating Recurring Donations

  1. Click View All at the top of the Recurring Donation table.
  2. Select the specific recurring donation you want to edit.
  3. Make changes to the designation, donation amount, frequency, next payment date, or payment method.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Editing Your Personal Information

  1. Click on your name at the upper right corner of the dashboard and then select Update Profile.
  2. Update your contact details, including your password, phone number, or mailing address.
  3. Click Update My Profile.

Managing Your Payment Methods

  1. Click View All at the top of the Recurring Donation table.
  2. Select the specific recurring donation you want to edit.
  3. In the Payment Methods section, click Update Payment Method.
  4. To add a new payment method, click Add and enter your credit/debit card or bank account details.
  5. Click Add Info to save the payment method.
