Events Dashboard Overview
Managing event performance, registrations, and communications.
The Events Dashboard provides a centralized view of event activity and performance. From this dashboard, you can review event metrics, manage registrations and orders, and update event-related details.
Navigating between sections of the dashboard allows you to view detailed information and perform administrative actions for a specific event.
For all event related actions outlined below, navigate to Campaigns > Select a Campaign > Select an Event Channel > Overview.
Sales Report
The Sales Report section displays a high-level summary of event performance, including ticket sales and donation activity.
In addition to viewing performance metrics, you can:-
Download List: Export a spreadsheet containing event sales data.

Create Report: Schedule a recurring report to be sent to a specified email address.
- Ticket Purchase Notifications: Schedule automatic email notifications of ticket purchases and send recurring event sales reports to a specified email address.
Orders
The Orders section displays transactional data associated with the event, including ticket purchases and donations.
Available actions include:

Download List: Export the data displayed in the Orders table as a spreadsheet.

Search: Filter orders by searching for specific text or values.
- Refunding Orders: Selecting the pencil icon next to an order entry and click Refund Order.
Guest List
The Guest List contains all registered event attendees.
From this section, you can:

Check in Guests:

Select the checkbox next to the attendee's name.
- Click Scan QR and proceed to the scan the QR code using your device's camera.

Download List: Export the guest list as a csv file.

Edit Guest Information: Select the pencil icon next to an attendee to update details such as name or address.

Table Options: Customize which columns are displayed in the table.
Promotions
Use the Promotions section to configure promotional codes and complimentary tickets for event registrations.

Add Promotional Codes: Create and manage promotional codes that apply discounts or special pricing to event tickets.

Configure Complimentary Tickets: Set up free ticket types or complimentary entries for specific supporters or groups.

Apply Promotions to Ticket Types: Assign promotional codes to one or more ticket types so they apply during checkout.

Set Usage Limits: Define quantity limits or expiration dates to control how and when promotional codes can be used.

Review Promotion Activity: Monitor promotional code usage and its impact on ticket sales.
Email Updates
Use the Email Updates section to send email communications to all registered event guests.
Enter a subject line for the email, upload a logo to display at the top of the message, and compose your content using the rich text editor. The editor supports basic formatting options, including text styling, lists, links, and tables.When ready, select Send to deliver the message to all registered guests.
Email updates are limited to 250 recipients per send. If your guest list exceeds 250 unique email addresses, consider using an external email marketing platform.
