Fundraising Overview
An overview of the Fundraising page, where you can manage campaigns, giving channels, and designations in one place.
The Fundraising page is your central hub for managing all fundraising activity in iDonate. From here, you can view and manage campaigns, giving forms, peer-to-peer (P2P) programs, events, text to give programs, and designations in one place.
Navigating the Fundraising Section
The Fundraising section is organized with the following tables, each accessible from the top navigation tabs:
- Campaigns: View and manage your campaigns, which serve as the top-level containers for your fundraising activity.
- Embeds: View and manage your embeds, which include Popup, Giving Form, Classic Embed, and Classic Single Page Embed.
- Peer to Peer: View and manage P2P programs where supporters fundraise on your behalf.
- Events: View and manage in-person and virtual fundraising events, from ticket sales to guest check-in.
- Text to Give: View and manage programs that allow donors to give via text message.
- Designations: View and manage the funds and projects donors can direct their gifts toward.
Searching and Filtering
Each table includes a search bar and filtering options to help you find specific records. The Hide Archived toggle is enabled by default, keeping archived records out of view so your tables stay focused on active fundraising activity. Toggle it off any time you need to access archived records.
Creating New Records
The + New button in the upper right corner lets you create a new campaign, giving channel, or designation from a single central location, without needing to navigate to a specific tab first.
