Managing Your iDonate Subscription

Accessing iDonate billing history and settling subscription fees.

iDonate separates platform subscription billing from merchant processing fees. Subscription fees are managed via a Zoho powered system. Use this guide to retrieve your historical invoices and process your payments.

How to Access and Download Invoices

  1. Navigate to the iDonate Subscription Payment Portal and click Invoices.
  2. Select the applicable invoice(s) and download.
    1. You can also click directly on an invoice to view the full details page.

How to Complete Your Subscription Payment

  1. Navigate to the iDonate Subscription Payment Portal.

  2. On the Home tab find Balance Summary and click Pay.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method.
    1. If you wish to retain this payment method for automatic billing, select Allow iDonate Inc. to collect future charges automatically.

  4. Click Make Payment.

Please note, this portal is strictly for paying iDonate subscription fees. Making changes here will not update your payment processing account or change where donation funds are deposited.
