The Dashboard
See your organization’s fundraising totals, campaign progress, and recent gifts as soon as you sign in.
The Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in to iDonate. It shows your organization's fundraising totals, campaign progress, and recent gifts, with shortcuts to the reports you use most.
Every tile shows data for the organization selected in the organization picker. Switch organizations and the whole Dashboard updates.
Giving Report Overview
Donation Overview shows the headline numbers from any report you can open on the Reporting pages, including system reports and custom reports your team has saved. Choose a report from the report dropdown.
Donations reports show the most detail:
- Totals: Donations, Amount Raised, Donors, and Avg. Donation.
- Time period: Week, Month, Quarter, Year, All Time, or Custom.
- Chart: Money raised in each day, week, or month of the selected period. Hover over a bar to see the amount, number of donations, and number of donors.
- Comparisons: Split each bar by Channel (Embed, Peer-to-Peer, Text-to-Give, Events, Other), Recurring vs. One-Time, or Cash vs. Noncash.
Donors, Recurring, Campaigns, and Designations reports show their totals only, with no chart or time period tabs.
If a saved report has its own date range, the time period tabs are hidden and the totals use the report's dates. The totals always use the report's saved filters, so they match the top of the report's page.
Campaign Snapshot
Campaign Snapshot shows a progress bar for each active campaign that has a goal. Each bar compares the amount raised to the goal and also tracks how much of the campaign's start-to-end dates has passed.
Below each bar are the campaign's donor count, gift count, gift total, and average gift.
By default, the tile shows your top three campaigns by amount raised. To choose which campaigns appear, click the gear in the tile's header. Archived campaigns and campaigns without a goal can't be added.
Click a campaign's name to open it, or click View All Campaigns to go to your campaigns list.
Reports
Reports lists saved reports, each labeled System Report or Custom Report. By default, it shows all system reports. To change the list, click the gear in the tile's header.
- Open a report: Click its name.
- Download a report: Click the download button to export a CSV that uses the report's saved filters and columns. Only one download runs at a time.
Click All Reports to go to the Donations report.
Stewardship
Stewardship counts the donors and gifts that may need a thank-you or follow-up:
- New Donors
- New Recurring Schedules
- Gifts less than $100
- Gifts over $500
Use the dropdown to change the date range: Past 7 days (the default), Month to date, Year to date, or Last month.
Click a number to open the matching records in Reporting, or click the download button on a row to export those records as a CSV.
Recent Donations
Recent Donations shows your five newest gifts. Each one lists the donor's name, whether the gift is one-time or recurring, the campaign, the net amount your organization receives, and how long ago the gift was made.
Click All Donations to go to the Transactions report.
