Knowledge Base and Documentation Creation Request

Requests for knowledge documentation

To account for the need to keep the external Knowledge Base updated with new features and release notes, and continue growing Support's Internal Knowledge Base, we have a new Internal process for Documentation Requests in HubSpot. 
  • Internal Knowledge Base Request: If someone at iDonate would like something added to the Internal Knowledge Base, they can make a request via this form
  • External Knowledge Base Request: If someone at iDonate would like something added to the External Knowledge Base, they can make a request via this form

    All requests for documentation will go to the "Documentation Requests" pipeline in HubSpot where they will be organized and prepared for creation.
