How to Customize Default Campaign Receipt

Personalize your email content to create a more engaging and impactful campaign for your audience.

What is the Default Campaign Receipt?

Default Campaign Receipts are used for:

  • Subsequent recurring donations
  • Peer-to-Peer donations
  • Offline Donation Receipting (when Resend Receipt is used on the offline donation record)

Locating the Default Campaign Receipt

  1. Login to https://gms2.idonate.com and navigate to Campaigns
  2. Find and select your Campaign
  3. Click the Campaign ellipse, then Edit Campaign
  4. Select Email Customization

Customizing Your Receipt

  1. To begin, ensure Customize Content is toggled ON
  2. Add or change the receipt content
  3. Click Save
