Peer-to-Peer: Donor Anonymity

Generosity under the radar

Allow donors to select their level of anonymity when giving to Peer-to-Peer fundraisers with the Donor Anonymity dropdown. 

Adding the Anonymity Dropdown to your program's donation form

1. Login to gms2.idonate.com
2. Click Campaigns, and select your P2P program's Campaign
3. Find your P2P Program, and click Edit
4. Click Payment Embeds, and find the Keep My Donation Anonymous heading
5. Toggle Display your Name ON 
6. Click Save and Continue to add the anonymity dropdown to your P2P donation form

Anonymity Dropdown Behavior

Show my name publicly

This will display the donor's name on the fundraiser's page.

The donor's name will also show in the email sent to the fundraiser notifying them they've received a donation to their page.

Show my name to this fundraiser only

This will hide the donor's name on the fundraiser's page.

The donor's name will be shown in the email sent to the fundraiser notifying them they've received a donation to their page.

Hide my name from everyone

This will hide the donor's name from both the fundraiser's page and their notification email.
