Our Knowledge Base contains answers to many questions about the iDonate platform, but sometimes it can't address certain issues. That's where the Support Hub comes in. Please use the options below to contact iDonate Support.
- Support Request: If you've found a part of the platform that isn't working as expected, you need some additional help, or need assistance with our preferred merchants services partner (CardConnect), then please fill out our Support Request Form to bring it to our attention.
The Support Request Form can be accessed directly within the iDonate platform by selecting the ? icon in the bottom right corner of the page, choosing Support Center, and then selecting Create a Support Ticket.
