Mapping Thank You Gifts and Premiums

Much like Custom FieldsPremiums require you create them manually in Virtuous. They are case-sensitive, meaning "organization" and "Organization" would return two different values. To configure Premiums in Virtuous, you need 4 important pieces of information:

  • Name
  • Code
  • Cost
  • Inventory Count

To create a premium in Virtuous, log in to Virtuous and go to Premiums. When a Premium is included in a transaction, it will account for 1 Premium (i.e. you cannot set the quantity on the transaction).
