2.0 Giving Forms Move to the Unified iDonate Experience

2.0 giving forms have moved to Scaffolding, the architecture behind the unified iDonate experience. Your forms keep every setting they had before, now running on a faster foundation with a refreshed editing experience.

What's new

  • 2.0 forms on the unified platform. This form type now runs on the same modern architecture used across the rest of the unified iDonate experience.
  • Full feature parity. Every existing setting, component, and configuration carries over from the previous version of these forms.
  • A refreshed editor. Form settings are presented in a consistent, sectioned layout. To edit a form, go to Fundraising > Embeds (or Fundraising > Campaign > Embed) and select the form.

Why it matters

  • Faster load and save times and a more reliable form experience, without changing how your forms work.
  • Nothing to rebuild. The forms you already built keep working. Nothing needs to be recreated, reconfigured, or re-tested.
  • Familiar navigation. Your team can find and update form settings more quickly, using the same navigation patterns found elsewhere in iDonate.
